We would like to apologize for the delay we have been having this week in clearing items from our customs bond.
This is due to the Customs Asycuda program that has been shutting down frequently this week. When this happens there is nothing we can do but wait for it to come back up.
We understand how this can be frustrating to you and it is just as frustrating to us not getting you your goods.
We will continue to do what we can and hope that customs can have this going again.
