We provide you with a US Address for online shopping, this address is provided upon a customer signing up on the WFFM Website, the address will be provided straight away, along with details for accessing the customer account area.

What we do: Purchase items on your behalf, Receive and ship out your packages or cargo.  Repackaging and consolidation of goods.

Ocean freight service: This service is offered for shipping of heavy or bulky items, it is the most affordable service and takes 9 days

Air freight service: This service is available for shipping small or light packages. [5 days]

Customs Brokerage, Clearing of packages, and Delivery service available

Important Notices:

1. Packages must not be left outside the office
2. If your package is not seen on your dashboard in 48 hours contact us and your supplier and advise the package has not been received.
3. Opening hours are from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
4. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday

   2. sea cargo – the code is “SEA”  after your acoutn number
   3.  for Cargo to be consolidated label your packages with the code “CON”  send email to advise when you want it shipped, cargo will be shipped after 14 days
