Also inclusive in WeforwardFreightMaster Services, WeforwardFreightMaster offers a suite of unique electronic Systems, Applications and Solutions to offer a superior customer experience.
ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING WeforwardFreightMaster.com USING WeforwardFreightMaster SERVICES INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.
MY ACCOUNT
If you use any WeforwardFreightMaster Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality or your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. WeforwardFreightMaster does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you (“Customer”) are under the age of majority, you may use WeforwardFreightMaster Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and all Shipments must arrive to the name of a person of age of majority. WeforwardFreightMaster does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or on the basis of age of anyone over the age of majority.
COMMUNICATION
When you use the Site, Chat function, or send messages or e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communication from us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically in return. You agree to all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communication that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
COMPLIANCE
WeforwardFreightMaster complies with all applicable laws to provide WeforwardFreightMaster Services both in the United States and in destination countries. To enable that compliance, you agree to provide WeforwardFreightMaster with accurate and legal information with respect to your Name, Address, telephone numbers, email, and payment information as applicable. You, the Customer, also agree to:
Provide two (2) forms of identification including one (1) picture identification
Authorize WeforwardFreightMaster to search and inspect any and all shipments, packages and cargo
Allow United States Custom Border Patrol to inspect shipments and seize items banned for export from the United States
Accept that WeforwardFreightMaster abides with all United States safety regulations in the processing and preparation of material for transportation by air, including the transportation of Dangerous Goods, possibly incurring additional costs.
Not ship restricted or banned items as found here. The list is determined by both United States export restrictions and regulations, and the destination countries import restrictions and regulations.
Secure and pay any additional permissions or permits required by legislation for import of particular items, as required by destination country local laws.
Properly declare product value using the purchase invoice amount and provide an accurate description of your shipment’s contents for the proper levying of Duties & Taxes.
In accordance with TSA regulations, a package containing physical documentation that differs from the documentation provided by the customer will be processed using the documentation contained in the package.
When using the Miami Address option, you the Customer are solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, fees and/or fines levied by customs authorities due to incorrect declaration of value, or penalties by said authorities for any falsification of information or importing prohibited items.
ORDER PROCESSING
When purchasing through WeforwardFreightMaster.com you are directly contracting WeforwardFreightMaster Services through WeforwardFreightMaster.com, an entity legally constituted under the laws of the United States of America. WeforwardFreightMaster.com purchases (“Orders”) are intermediary transactions, and WeforwardFreightMaster is not the seller of record.
WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to cancel any Order at their sole discretion. Any cancelled Order is refunded via the payment option used for the Order, or in some WeforwardFreightMaster countries by local payment. Order cancellations will be notified via e-mail.
When your order is received, our Customer Service may require additional information or documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method. Requested documents can include picture of Government issued IDs and Credit Cards (last 4 digits visible). In case you do not reply to our request, WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to cancel the order.
WeforwardFreightMaster.com places limits and restrictions on certain kinds of Orders. Items on the Restricted Items list cannot be ordered. Certain websites also cannot receive Orders. The list of websites is subject to change at the sole discretion of WeforwardFreightMaster. WeforwardFreightMaster.com cannot finalize Orders that are subsidized by another entity, or require a subscription to receive the posted price. WeforwardFreightMaster.com does not purchase any digital or downloadable item, including but not limited to, music, audio or e-books, subscriptions or video games; nor, purchase anything via digital code.
Quoted Order Pricing is valid for 48 hours only. After the 48-hour window, Orders must be re-quoted to be valid for purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to specify all physical and technical characteristics on items requested via the Quoting Tool service provided by WeforwardFreightMaster.
All quoted orders are calculated in E.C. Dollars. All charges are in E.C. Dollars unless otherwise stated. If a payment requires a currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined at the time WeforwardFreightMaster.com processes the payment and completes the transaction.
WeforwardFreightMaster.com reserve the right, with or without prior notice to do one or more of the following: (1) discontinue or limit the availability of any product or service, (2) set guidelines for compliance of any coupon, code, promotional code or similar promotions, (3) prevent users from making or completing any and all transactions, (4) refuse to provide a product or service to any user, and (5) if WeforwardFreightMaster.com successfully purchases a Quoted Order for less than Customer was able to find, WeforwardFreightMaster receives the benefit of that difference in price for the same item.
For WeforwardFreightMaster.com to recognize an Order means that a request has been received; however, it does not mean that the request has been accepted or dispatched, or that the price or availability of product has been confirmed. WeforwardFreightMaster.com makes a reasonable effort to accurately describe and display products and services on our Website. Despite our best efforts, market conditions exist that are beyond our control including erroneous supplier pricing and descriptions, out-of-stock or back-ordered merchandise, delays in updating websites, product feeds, special offers, promotions and advertisements from other websites. Therefore, we cannot guarantee, nor do we guarantee, the accuracy or integrity of this information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
MIAMI ADDRESS PROCESSING
Each WeforwardFreightMaster tracking number represents an individual package (“Shipment”), even if the shipment contains multiple articles and/or documents. Each individual piece of a multiple piece shipment with a unique WeforwardFreightMaster tracking number will be treated as an individual Shipment and charged accordingly to the WeforwardFreightMaster Service Tariff.
WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to refuse receipt of Shipments, if it determines tampering, opening or damage prior to arrival. WeforwardFreightMaster offers a per-Shipment service and does offer Consolidation Service whereby multiple Shipments weights are combined, and a consolidation discount is provided. Repacking service is offered at an additional price. WeforwardFreightMaster does not transport cash, drugs, or other prohibited items and is obligated to report these transgressions to corresponding governmental authorities.
In order to avoid service delays, WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to assign a given market value to all non-prealerted items lacking product value documentation upon inspection at our Miami operations center.
When the value declared by the customer is lower than the product’s market value, and this, in turn, causes a reassessment by the local customs inspector, WeforwardFreightMaster may transfer the difference of the adjustment and any fines incurred in due to the customer’s faulty statement.
Shipments may be held at the Miami Address for up to thirty (30) days due to, but not limited to outstanding Account balance, lack of payment, additional processing for export preparation, or arrival of Shipments with incorrect or incomplete name, address and/or customer request. WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to destroy and dispose at their sole discretion of any Shipments that are unclaimed and/or held for more than thirty (30) days from arrival at the Miami Address, or the destination country WeforwardFreightMaster operating facility.
WeforwardFreightMaster transports Shipments from the Miami Address to its final destination including customs handling and last mile delivery. These services are charged per the pricing table published at WeforwardFreightMaster.com.
CORRESPONDENCE
WeforwardFreightMaster is required to comply with all associated USPS rules and regulations. Please be aware that not all correspondence (“Mail”) is duty-free. Customs duties can be levied on certain types of Mail such as, but not limited to, magazines, promotional material and books. Customer is responsible for payment of all transportation costs and levied Duties & Taxes.
WeforwardFreightMaster identifies Junk Mail as prepaid sponsored postage correspondence delivered by the USPS, including items such as free catalogs and unsolicited promotion material. WeforwardFreightMaster will credit your Account for Junk Mail based on weight. Customers must return Junk Mail for proper credit.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
WeforwardFreightMaster maintains current pricing tables available to customers at https://www.weforwardfreightmaster.com/services/. WeforwardFreightMaster reserves the right to modify rates when deemed necessary without prior notice in accordance with market conditions and supplier pricing.
Purchases completed through WeforwardFreightMaster.com are not liable for payment of Duties & Taxes, as all applicable charges are included in the all-inclusive price of the Order. Shipments that arrive at the Miami Address are subject to additional charges, for which you the Customer are solely responsible, which may include transport to destination country, customs clearance and Duties & Taxes as determined by local Customs authorities.
WeforwardFreightMaster conducts all necessary steps to clear customs without previous authorization from Customers for Shipments with a total value including product cost, insurance and freight, commonly referred to as CIF Value, of under $1,000. If the shipment exceeds this amount, WeforwardFreightMaster requires authorization and payment from the Customer before clearing customs. WeforwardFreightMaster submits and processes all requirements regarding permits, permissions and tax exemptions according to legislation in destination country.
WeforwardFreightMaster is not responsible for any additional charges levied by a financial institution or payment platform selected by the Customer to purchase WeforwardFreightMaster services. This includes, but is not limited to, interest charged by credit cards on Orders placed through WeforwardFreightMaster.com or any fees or charges applied by the payment platform for international transactions or currency conversion via WeforwardFreightMaster.com, My Account or other retailers.
COMMERCIAL MEMBERS
WeforwardFreightMaster.com offers Commercial membership holders the option to link their memberships to an WeforwardFreightMaster.com account in order to access special reduced prices when shopping on the WeforwardFreightMaster.com online marketplace. If a commercial member does not own an WeforwardFreightMaster.com account, they may sign up for one in order to take advantage of the benefit.
To take advantage of this benefit, Commercial members must:
– Hold and own a valid and active Commercial membership.
– Hold and own a valid WeforwardFreightMaster.com account.
– Link their Commercial membership to their WeforwardFreightMaster.com account.
Once a membership and account are linked, Commercial members will have permanent access to exclusive prices when logged in to their WeforwardFreightMaster.com account on the site. Only membership owners can link their Commercial membership to an WeforwardFreightMaster.com account. A membership can only be linked to one WeforwardFreightMaster.com account. To update membership information, the customer can access their WeforwardFreightMaster My Account profile to adjust settings accordingly.

COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time WeforwardFreightMaster may offer coupons and promotions. Each coupon or promotion may have additional terms and conditions specific to that coupon or promotion. Coupons may only be used be used during the corresponding promotional period (“Promotional Period”) and applied only to products found in WeforwardFreightMaster.com, except for products restricted by local authorities, that require a special Customs clearance permit. Promotions are valid only in combination with the payment methods available in your country.
Customers may only take advantage of coupons or promotions through one account. Multiple use of single coupons or promotions by a Customer, either through duplication of Orders or Accounts, will be cancelled immediately. Coupons and promotions may not be applied in combination with other promotional credits or coupons; coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for cash or goods or services, and will be only applied to one Account on behalf of the Customer.
WeforwardFreightMaster may immediately suspend any coupon/promotion, without incurring any liability, were there are fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, alterations, substitutions, improper redemptions or any other irregularity that occur during the take place during the Promotional Period.
If, by chance or force of nature, WeforwardFreightMaster temporarily or permanently suspends a coupon and/or promotion, WeforwardFreightMaster will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and you the Customer or any other participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point. You the Customer accept and acknowledge that WeforwardFreightMaster is not responsible and cannot be held liable for cancelled promotions or cancelled Orders resulting from fraudulent or illegal activities associated and agree by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions to hold WeforwardFreightMaster harmless.
CLAIMS:
Claims for lost items can be made through any Customer service agent. In order to certify a lost item that has not entered the WeforwardFreightMaster system, the customer must provide, by proof of delivery issued by the seller’s logistics operator, it must show the address and the person who received the item, the delivery of the package in our facilities, if this happens, a credit may be made to the Customer’s WeforwardFreightMaster account or reimbursement will be made through the payment options available in the destination country.
EXCLUSIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR GOODS
Weforward FreightMaster accepts no responsibility for: Packages containing stamps, jewellery, gems or precious metals, coins, checks, debit or credit cards, gift cards, manuscripts, shares, guns and their parts and accessories, tickets or travel tickets of any kind, cars models, ship models, aeroplanes or architectural models (models), perishables of all kinds, neon notices, antiques, and any other restricted or prohibited items, as specified below. If the customer received it, bought or requested it shipment, is under his own risk

Additionally, we and/or Commercial may disclose your personal information to our or Commercial’s banks affiliated with Commercial’s Co-branded Card program for the purpose of facilitating credit card offers and applications as well as other promotions related to the Co-branded Credit Card program.
If you apply for, or request certain products, offers or services, the personal information you provide may be shared directly with the third parties providing the requested products, offers or services. Affiliated third parties with whom we may share information are required not to use personal information we share for any purposes other than to provide the services we request.
