We regret to inform you that the M/v Artemis has encountered technical issues and has returned to Miami with your valuable cargo.  We will provide further advise once a date is given.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please provide us with your invoices so that we can clear then quickly as soon as they arrive.

In an effort to reduce this week we will be implementing our fast forward service, where all small packages that miss the shipping cut off date will be shipped by air to Dominica at special prices. This will result in faster and more reliable service.
